Panne de blog

Notre blog est resté silencieux pendant 24h suite à la panne généralisée de TypePad avec lequel nous le réalisons. A un moment, ils étaient tellement en panne qu'ils affichaient des archives des blogs datant de quelques jours.
Ci-dessous, la réponse embarassée, mais sympa suite à mon mail de protestation:

What can I say except that the day has been more disappointing to us? No apology will do justice to how mortified we feel, nor will it make you believe that this is now behind us.  All I can say is that we are working day and night to protect you and our other customers from experiencing this type of problem again. 

Au moins, eux, ils répondent quand on leur envoie un mail...
